Diamond Jubilee Website
The official Diamond Jubilee website was launched by Buckingham Palace on 6th February to mark 60 years since The Queen's Accession to the Throne. The website features the latest news, photographs and announcements about the Diamond Jubilee, along with historical information about The Queen's 60 year reign. The first St Albans Inclusive Sports Festival will be held to host part of the nation’s Flame
Over 3500 people nominated across the country to be Torchbearers in campaigns run by BT, Lloyds TSB and Sainsbury’s
150 schools from across the UK taking part in the STEM Challenge 9 to investigate how to create a spark by the energy of human endeavour to light the Paralympic Flame
